The Daily Show’s Trevor Noah has sold his Bel Air mansion for $26.4 million. A solid final sale price no doubt, but technically at a loss.
After listing the expansive property for $29.75 million last October, Noah slashed $2.3 million off the offering at the start of this year, asking $27.5 million—the same price he bought the 11,000 square foot home for last Spring.
As we noted back at the time of the purchase, the home features six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms across three stories. There’s the requisite home gym, Japanese-style spa and steam room, plus a library and game room. The modern design boasts floor-to-ceiling walls of glass promoting ocean and mountain views.
Also making the most of the views, a rooftop terrace that doubles as a screening space.
Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland held the listing. Marc Bretter of Oakwood Realty Corporation repped the buyer.
