The Daily Show’s Trevor Noah is done with Bel Air. Just months after selling a 10,000 square foot mansion to Bird founder Travis VanderZanden for $21.7 million, Noah has listed his other Bel Air property for $29.75 million.
The TV host only bought this 11,000 square foot home this past Spring for $27.5 million.
As we noted back at the time of the purchase, the home features six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms across three stories. There’s the requisite home gym, Japanese-style spa and steam room, plus a library and game room. The modern design boasts floor-to-ceiling walls of glass promoting ocean and mountain views.
Also making the most of the views, a rooftop terrace that doubles as a screening space.
Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland holds the listing.
