Following January’s news that Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio found a buyer for his historic Los Feliz property, we’re now learning said buyer is none other than singer Miguel.
According to sales records, Miguel picked up the 1926 Tudor home for $4.9 million after five months on the market. The musician appears to have gotten himself a bit of a deal, though, considering the 4,600 square foot home was originally listed at $5.75 million.
The five bedroom/seven bathroom home, previously own by fellow musician and producer Moby, boasts grand public rooms, high ceilings and plenty of original architectural details while incorporating modern influences. The formal dining room and media/family room open to a large outdoor living room next to the pool and spa.
Two master suites can be found upstairs, with marble baths and vast closet space. The lower level offers optional gym/office/storage space and a guest suite with a secret entrance to full bath/steam room.
Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland held the listing. Kenneen Colbert of Forecast Realty Inc. repped the buyer.
