Actor Leonardo DiCaprio is riding his real estate momentum of 2021 into the new year, finding a buyer for his historic Los Feliz property.
According to sales records, the Oscar winner has accepted an offer on the 1926 Tudor home after five months on the market. Originally listed at $5.75 million, the house received an $855,000 price reduction earlier this month, which appears to have done the trick.
The five bedroom/seven bathroom home spans some 4,644 square feet of living space, boasting grand public rooms, high ceilings and plenty of original architectural details while incorporating modern influences.
The formal dining room and media/family room open to a large outdoor living room next to the pool and spa. Two master suites can be found upstairs, with marble baths and vast closet space. The lower level offers optional gym/office/storage space and a guest suite with a secret entrance to full bath/steam room.
DiCaprio purchased the home in 2018 from musician and producer Moby, who, according to the marketing material, completely reimagined the home before exchanging hands.
Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland holds the listing.
