It may have taken more than a year on the market to happen, but Sylvester Stallone has finally parted ways with his Beverly Park mansion—49 percent under its original asking price!
The L.A. Times reports that Stallone’s eight bedroom and 12 bathroom mega estate sold for $58 million, well below the property’s original asking price of $110 million. But the question remains: was the mystery buyer Adele?
Earlier this year, we reported on the rumor coming out of multiple outlets that Adele was set to close on Stallone’s storied Beverly Hills mansion, though some wondered if said rumors were just a marketing ploy. Now that the deal is done, the buyer’s identity has not been revealed.
The Mediterranean compound sits on some 3.5 acres in the exclusive guard-gated enclave of North Beverly Park. Featuring a two-story foyer, formal living and dining room, a family room, office and massive kitchen, the property maximizes panoramic city and canyon views from every room.
Other amenities includes a screening room, gym, cigar room, art studio, putting green, infinity pool and custom bar. The property includes a two-story, Richard Landry-designed guesthouse.
Tomer Fridman of Compass and Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty held the listing. Kurt Rappaport and T. Lee Montgomery of Keller Williams Hollywood Hills represented the anonymous buyer.
