Adele loves her some L.A. real estate, and the superstar is reportedly ready to make a super purchase.
According to the Daily Mail by way of Yahoo News, Adele is set to close on Sylvester Stallone’s storied Beverly Hills mansion for an eye-popping $58 million. For careful real estate watchers, that’s $22 million less than the already lowered $80 million asking price.
Stallone originally listed the property at the beginning of 2021 for $110 million.
Boasting eight bedroom and 12 bathrooms, the Mediterranean compound sits on some 3.5 acres in the exclusive guard-gated enclave of North Beverly Park. Featuring a two-story foyer, formal living and dining room, a family room, office and massive kitchen, the property maximizes panoramic city and canyon views from every room.
Other amenities includes a screening room, gym, cigar room, art studio, putting green, infinity pool and custom bar. The property includes a two-story, Richard Landry-designed guesthouse.
Tomer Fridman of Compass and Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty hold the listing.
