Though it’s not often a sentiment you hear around Hollywood, sometimes you can, in fact, have too many homes.
Apparently that’s the case for actress Emmy Rossum and her writer/producer husband, Sam Esmail, as Dirt reports the pair have already bought a new, pricey home while waiting on a buyer for their previous dwelling.
What’s on the market? A four-bedroom/three-and-a-half-bath Beverly Park home, listed for an even $5 million. The Hollywood Regency-inspired property spans some 3,600 square feet, offering floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors that open to manicured gardens and a swimming pool.
Aitan Segal at Compass holds the listing.
What’s new? A 2020 Brentwood build that Rossum and Esmail reportedly spent $15.3 million to buy.
Coming in with much larger stats—seven bedrooms, six full and three half baths—the European-inspired home spans three floors and nearly 13,000 square feet. There’s both formal and informal living spaces, a double-height foyer, large owner’s suite, open-air pavilion, pool and spa.
David Offer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties held the listing. Rossum and Esmail were repped by Segal.
