The annual Inman Connect conference wrapped up yesterday with the presentation of its Innovation Awards—and we’re sending huge congratulations to our friends at Side, Inc!
The real estate tech company took home Company of the Year honors, following a banner year for the San Francisco-based brand. Earlier this summer Side, which specializes in turning agents and independent brokerages into boutique brands and businesses throughout California, Texas and Florida, announced it had increased it’s valuation from $1 billion to $2.5 billion in just three months.
Additionally, our friends at eXp Realty won Brokerage of the Year at yesterday’s Innovation Awards.
Other winners included Sean Black (Knock), Tim Heyl (Homeward) and Shaival Shah (Ribbon), who all took home Innovators of the Year; Endpoint, Real Estate Technology of the Year; The Empire Building Real Estate Podcast, Podcast of the Year; Real Estate Standards Organization: RESO, MLS, Association, or Industry Organization of the Year; Good Morning RE/MAX with Nick Bailey, Marketing of the Year; and Joel Singer, CEO, California Association of Realtors, recipient of the Nate Ellis Award.
Congratulations to all the winners!
