Philanthropist Aileen Getty has finally found a buyer for her Malibu modern farmhouse since first listing the property for $14 million in 2017. After some price fluctuations and decor makeover, Getty once again entered the market—this time successfully finding a buyer in Time Warner media heiress Nicole Ross Eloff.
According to Dirt, the monocolor estate went for $16 million, a nice profit for Getty, who made $12.5 million in 2016.
The six bedroom, four-and-a-half bath farmhouse features two living rooms, an open kitchen with a massive glass-fronted refrigerator, and a huge backyard with an oversized pool. And while it may not have ocean views, the home does include coveted keys to Little Dume Beach.
Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland held the listing; California Listings expert Chris Cortazzo of Compass repped Eloff.
