Gene Simmons and his wife, actress Shannon Tweed Simmons, have lowered the asking price on their Beverly Hills mansion.
Initially listed at $22 million in 2020, the couple raised the asking price to $25 million earlier this year. After more than four months at that higher asking, the house has now been repriced at $19.9 million.
Set on two acres, the 13,000 square foot residence offers seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an office, bonus room and bar. Outside, there’s a swimming pool, 60-foot waterslide, professional tennis court and enough parking for 35 cars!
If the photos look vaguely familiar, you may recognize the property from A&E’s Gene Simmons Family Jewels, which ran from 2006-2012.
Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman hold the listing.
