Owning a piece of rock royalty won’t come cheap. After initially listing his Beverly Hills property last year, Gene Simmons has relisted his Benedict Canyon Mansion with a reno bump of $3 million.
Listing agent Joshua Altman of Douglas Elliman told Mansion Global that after originally going underpriced last year, Simmons invested in some home improvements, and is now seeing early returns. “Mr. Simmons did improvements to the house, with well over six figures put into the house,” Altman said. “We were inundated with showing requests within the first week of the listing then, and the demand for such luxury properties is even stronger now.”
The new $25 million price tag gets you seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, multiple dining rooms, a bar and expansive entertaining space, all spanning a total of 13,405 square feet.
