Actor Bradley Cooper must really like the west side of L.A. According to Dirt, the Oscar nominee just picked up his third local property—his second home in the Pacific Palisades.
While the deal was made off-market, records show that Cooper dropped $4.8 million on the 4,400 square-foot gated estate. Per Dirt, the home features four bedrooms, three baths plus a two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house. Surrounded by lush grounds, the property also boasts a koi pond, pool and spa.
Cooper’s other Palisades home includes a contemporary spot less than a mile from the new buy, as well as a bungalow in Venice that he reportedly bought in 2004 for $1.2 million.
