Actor Sam Worthington has finally been able to offload his Hollywood Hills property to ex-Geffen Records president Neil Jacobson. According to Dirt, the Avatar star managed to get $8.2 million for the 6,000 square-foot home, a million under the initial asking price when the property was first listed in 2020.
Worthington bought the home in 2018 for $7.9 million in the popular Bird Streets neighborhood. The contemporary estate features five bedrooms, seven-and-a-half baths, chef’s kitchen, high-end finishes and plenty of privacy. The property also includes a guesthouse-turned-gym and screening room.
Dirt notes that outside, young olive trees set the stage for outdoor dining by the swimming pool and accompanying spa.
The listing was held Jonathan Ruiz at The Agency. Mick Partridge of Hilton & Hyland repped the buyer.
