When you already own a $21 million NorCal mansion, a SoCal home for about half the price only seems fitting. That seems to be the thinking for San Francisco 49ers owner Gideon Yu and his wife Susie Min, who Dirt reports have picked up a sizable pad in Sherman Oaks.
Yu reportedly paid $9.5 million in the off-market sale for the 9,000 square-foot main house and guest house. Featuring seven bedrooms and seven baths between the two dwellings, the property also boasts 27-foot ceilings, dramatic curved staircases and a showroom-worthy walk-in closet.
Dirt notes that Yu bought the home from former Roc Nation president Phil McIntyre, who paid $6.8 million for the property in 2017.
