Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles has broken ground on a new development in Long Beach—with homes to be sold to low- and moderate-income households.
According to Urbanize, the 10-unit development will consist of six two-story Craftsman townhomes and two duplexes. The homes will have their own private yard and two-car garage, with an additional 1,500 square feet of shared open space and three guest parking spaces for the development.
The project is located at 14th Street and Pacific Avenue, on land originally intended to house a larger adorable housing project that never came to fruition.
