Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi, are making real estate moves once again. As we reported last month, DeGeneres and de Rossi listed their Beverly Hills mansion with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency for a reported $53.5 million.
Well, they may not have gotten asking price, but the Wall Street Journal is reporting that the property has sold for an impressive $47 million!
The 10,376 square-foot Beverly Hills mansion features five bedrooms, large entertaining spaces, tennis courts and other resort-style features across it’s acre lot. DeGeneres and de Rossi purchased the mansion for $42.5 million in 2019 from Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine.
Traded LA reports that Brian Lane and Bob Safai represented the buyer.
