Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are looking to make the most of the real estate surge with the recent listing of their 10,376 square-foot Beverly Hills mansion. Purchased for $42.5 million in 2019 from Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine, the master flipping power couple is looking for a hefty $53.5 million after an undisclosed renovation, per Realtor.com.
The 1933 home’s Hollywood roots run deep beyond DeGeneres, di Rossi and Levine, with other notable owners including tennis pro Pete Sampras and Will & Grace co-creator Max Mutchnick (who owned the mansion prior to Levine’s purchase in 2018).
The 1+ acre property features a guesthouse, multiple patios, pool, tennis courts and pristine interiors. Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency holds the listing.
