Singer Charlie Puth thought a $2 million price cut did the trick. Last month, the popstar shaved the original asking price of his Midcentury estate from $18.995 to $16.995 and quickly had a pending sale…but it appears that deal is off the table. The home has officially been relisted—now asking $13.999 million
The four bedroom/four-and-a-half bath home was designed by Rex Lotery in 1965. Built of concrete, wood, glass and stone, the property is noted as one of only a handful of two story homes in Trousdale.
Completely private and situated behind gates with a large motorcourt, property feature include multiple courtyards, a pool, fountains, a gourmet kitchen with commercial appliances and a striking two-story living room. The primary suite has a spa-inspired bath, office and studio.
Even with the lower asking price, Puth still stands to make a bit of profit. He reportedly bought the home for $9 million seven years ago.
Kurt Rappaport with Westside Estate Agency still holds the listing.
