Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel and his wife, model Miranda Kerr, made major real estate headlines back in 2022 for their purchase of a $120 million still-under-construction estate in Holmby Hills. Well, it appears that ginormous property may be move-in ready as the Spiegel’s have just listed their Brentwood property for $19.950 million.
Designed by noted architect Gerard Colcord, the original home was built in 1951 and sits on over 3/4 of an acre neighboring the famed Getty Museum. A long-gated driveway and large motor court sets the tone along with mature trees, a courtyard and rolling grassy lawns. Inside the main house, there’s a two-story entry foyer with paneling, a large terrace, formal dining room with fireplace and a sun-filled kitchen with banquette breakfast nook.
Four ensuites are in the main residence, including a primary suite with incredible views, soaring ceilings, marble bath and two large closets. There’s also an additional poolside guesthouse (with a catering kitchen), plus a detached two-story guesthouse—bringing the entire property total to six beds and eight baths.
