Rod Stewart is still looking for a buyer for his longtime Beverly Park home. After relisting at an even-higher asking price of $80 million, the rock legend has cut $6 million off to try and entice a buyer.
The property boasts about 33,000 square feet of living space and includes a soccer field and pool. Appropriate for an entertainer, the grand home includes a nine-bedroom main house with a great room on the main floor, bar, and a formal dining room with seating for 20. Finishings include a grand foyer with marble floors, Corinthian columns and ornate mirrors.
The three-acre estate, designed by Richard Landry, also includes a three-story guesthouse and two gyms.
Tomer Fridman of the Fridman Group at Compass holds the new listing.
