Ariana Grande Reportedly Sells Bird Street Property To Bad Bunny

Ariana Grande has new single out and one less property to worry about as the Robb Report shares that the popstar has sold her spare Bird Street property to rapper Bad Bunny. The off-market deal (meaning no photos and few details) reportedly closed for $8.3 million.

And while it may seem like a big number, the sale comes at a loss for Grande, as she paid $8.9 million for the 1,590 square foot cottage back in 2022. Undoubtedly it’s the property’s privacy that may have caught both the seller and buyer’s attention, with an extra long driveway leading up to the two bed/two bath home. The residence itself is sat on a 0.74-acre lot that encompassing three parcels in the sought-after neighborhood.

When coupled with L.A.’s mansion tax and closing costs, it’s estimated that Grande will be out more than $1 million on the sale.
