Retired tennis pro Maria Sharapova reportedly ended 2023 with a big Montecito purchase—philanthropist Ann Lurie’s estate. Property records show Sharapova made the all-cash deal for $11.5 million, a decent deal on the $12.850 million asking price.
Offering six bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths, the home was originally designed by acclaimed Lockwood de Forest.
