Actor David Spade ended 2023 with a shiny new present: an O.C. contemporary piece of new home construction! The Robb Report has noted that Spade is the buyer behind the $9.5 million deal on the newly completed Cameo Highlands home.
Bespoke architectural details, designer finishes ecologically-conscious systems set the single-level residence apart from neighboring properties, designed by esteemed architect Mark Teale and developed by master builder Nicholson Companies. The four bedroom/four-and-a-half bath home features more than 3,800 square feet of oceanview living space.
Though the home never officially made it to market, build plans included notes on an atrium entry, four ensuite bedrooms, a sun-filled office, private sitting/media room, and an open living area. The ultramodern kitchen is said to include a quartz-clad waterfall island and walk-in pantry, along with top of the line Miele and SubZero appliances.
Both the living area and primary suite open to a spacious loggia-covered patio, with the property grounds completed with an infinity pool.
Brenda McCroskey with Compass repped the listing while Stuart Vetterick with Hilton & Hyland repped the buyer.
