Mookie Betts may be ringing in the new year in a new home. The Dodgers star reportedly closed on an Encino reno a few days ago to the tune of $14.950 million—making it one of the largest sales in the area this year.
According to Robb Report, developer Jeff Huberts of Sandlot Homes and his team acquired the property for about $6.8 million and gave the entire house a thorough remodel. Enticing enough that Betts bought the property before it was even officially on the market.
The 9,278 square foot home boasts eight bedrooms, nine full and three half bathrooms across three levels. There’s also a three-car garage, pool, an outdoor spa, guesthouse and a full-size tennis court.
Craig Knizek and Scott Gorelick with the Agency repped the seller while Morgan Trent and Aaron Kirman with Christie’s AKG represented Betts.
