Zedd is no stranger to big real estate deals. The DJ and producer began 2023 with the sale of his Beverly Hills estate for $18.3 million (though it was initially listed at $26.5 million) and now he’s closing out the year with another big sale—Engine’s largest, in fact.
Zedd has closed on a Nordic-inspired modern farmhouse boasting eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms for $18.4 million.
Measuring roughly 17,500 square feet, this behemoth of a home starts with a grand entrance and features an architectural staircase, open-concept living spaces, a stately formal living room, sophisticated dining room, and regal library. There’s also a home theater, glass-enclosed wine cellar, art gallery, bowling alley, entertainment bar and fitness area.
The grand primary suite has a cedar-clad vaulted ceiling, a private living area with bar, two custom closets, walls of streamlined glass, dual spa-grade bathrooms, one outfitted with sleek neutral tones and the other with dramatic darker finishes, and a nod to Scandinavian culture with a striking central chandelier crafted from antler replicas.
A Junior Olympic pool, complete with sunken fire pit and spa, stands as the focal point for the rear of the property and main outdoor lounge areas, while the tiered yard provides an upper level area dedicated to yoga and meditation, a raised organic garden, sports pad and a play area.
Sally Forster Jones with Compass and Josh Altman with Douglas Elliman held the listing, while David Kramer and Andrew Buss with Hilton & Hyland repped the buyer.
