Larry David’s short-lived Montecito flip may exchange hands yet again—and now for a reduced price. The writer-actor bought the cottage in 2021 for $5.7 million before selling it eight months later for $6.9 million. Now, the new owner has reduced the asking price from $8 million to $7.5 million.
