Zoe Saldana Lists Beverly Hills Home For Purchase Or Lease

Actress Zoe Saldana has listed her Beverly Hills estate for $16.5 million, as first reported by the Wall Street Journal. But if that price tag is a bit too steep, the property is also available for a minimum one-year lease for an asking price of $47,500 per month. 

The Hidden Valley Estates property features a lighted tennis court, pool and large lawns, with direct access to the Frankin Canyon hiking trails. Inside, the home boasts five bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths across 6,400 square feet of living space. 

Remodeled with a brilliant fusion of modern influences, the stunning design and finishes include custom wood, imported polished stone and lighting fixtures. The living room has a fireplace, plus custom steel and glass cabinets. There’s also a formal dining room, custom chef’s kitchen, large, paneled family room and a separate theater/media room.
