Real estate and divorce can be a messy combo, and with news that Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello have separated, it appears the pair are desperate to offload their marital home. After relisting the Beverly Hills mansion earlier this Summer, they have now slashed the asking price by $2 million.
The home was first offered last year for $19.6 million, then relisted for $17.995 million. Now, a lucky buyer can pick up the Tuscan-inspired home for $15.950 million.
The seven bedroom residence boasts a new chef’s kitchen, landscaped large back yard with a pool and spa. Per the original listing, no expense was spared on the remodel and design. The formal living, family and dining rooms showcase dark hardwood floors, showstopper chandeliers, fireplaces and/or sets of French doors opening to the gardens.
