Frankie Valli has left the building—and broke even doing so. The Four Seasons singer sold his L.A. condo last week for $2.55 million, which is exactly what he paid for the unit back in 2009.
The remodeled residence boasts three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms across 3,190 square feet of living space. Floor to ceiling glass brings in a tremendous amount of natural light, adding value to the open floor plan.
The large primary suite has two walk-in closets, double sinks, and a spa tub. In addition to the primary suite, there are two additional ensuite bedrooms. Building amenities include valet parking, a fitness center, a pool, spa, library, and 24-hour security.
Valli listed and pulled the residence from the market a handful of times of the past few years, before relisting it for $2,650,000 earlier this year.
Emilio Valli and Stephen Udoff of Coldwell Banker Realty held the listing, while John Barrentine of Keller Williams Larchmont repped the buyer.
