Renowned DJ and producer Calvin Harris appears to be pivoting in his pursuits of selling his Beverly Hills estate, listed last year for $25 million, and is now looking for a renter. The lux property has now been relisted for lease at a cost of $100,000 per month!
Set behind gates on 2.7 acres on one of the most sought-after, secluded streets in Beverly Hills, Harris’ compound features 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms in total across the main residence and two guest house. Property records show that Harris purchased the then-new property in 2014 for $15 million, and according to Dirt, has since done some pricy renovations on the space.
The main residence features huge living spaces with coffered ceilings, herringbone hardwood, and floor to ceiling windows. The chef’s kitchen includes two oversized islands, top-of-the-line appliances, and a one-of-a-kind wine cellar.
The primary suite has vaulted beamed ceilings, a fireplace, dual baths with walk-in closets, and direct access to the backyard. Said yard features a custom pergola with BBQ, pool, spa and lounge with firepit.
The aforementioned guest house has since been transformed into two full recording studios (naturally), neighboring the standalone movie theater, a security office guest unit, home gym—with basketball court—and five-car garage with elevator access.
Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman previously held the sale listing, while Neyshia Go at Sotheby’s now holds the lease listing.
