Maybe there’s such a thing as too much attention for some listings? After a ton of media coverage of the so-called “Troll Apartment” earlier this month, the L.A.-area one bedroom has disappeared from the open market.
The 462 square foot unit is located over the arch of a bridge overlooking the Alhambra wash, with a “rooftop patio” (a fenced-in area adjacent to the street that runs over the bridge). Aside from it’s unique location and positioning, the home caught many eyes because of it’s asking price: $250,000.
As of June 14, however, the listing as been deactivated.
At the time of all the media attention, listing agent Douglas said the house was one of only 11 properties in Los Angeles County listed for $250,000 or less.
