Did Beyonce And Jay-Z Just Make The Largest Residential Purchase In CA History?

Being the queen doesn’t come cheap, but Beyonce may have just taken royal living to the next level! TMZ is reporting that the music superstar and her husband, Jay-Z, have closed on a 30,000 square foot Malibu home—for $200 million. 

If true, this would be the largest residential real estate deal in California history!

The six-acre property along the Pacific Coast Highway boasts a concrete main home designed by designed by Tadao Ando. 

Kurt Rappaport, of Westside Estate Agency, had reportedly been quietly shopping the home for a reported $295 million, which means the Carters may have gotten themselves a sweet deal.
