A 5/1 adjustable-rate mortgage has an average rate of 5.80 percent, an increase of nine basis points compared to a week ago.
For 30-year fixed refinances, the average rate is 7.04 percent, an increase of 14 basis points from what we saw one week ago. For 15-year fixed refinances, the average rate is currently at 6.31 percent, up 14 basis points compared to one week ago.
