Will Arnett’s former Beverly Hills home has seen more marker action in the past three years than some homes see in their lifetime.
The actor first listed the Ray Kappe-designed property for $11 million in 2020. After failing to find a buyer, Arnett relisted and lowered the asking price to $8 million in early 2021. That was enough to move the needle, finding a buyer at $7.85 million.
Now, less than two years later, the new owners—actress Claire Holt and her real estate executive husband Andrew Jablon—have listed the property for $10.25 million.
The couple reportedly made some upgrades and customizations to the 4,000 square-foot home. The L-shaped structure includes five bedrooms and five baths. New updates include a opening up the eat-in kitchen, new countertops in the kitchen, white oak built-ins, a new gym and new guest suite.
Steven Schaefer and Jay Luchs of Newmark Residential hold the listing.
