Think the Altman touch is worthy of an $8 million premium? Josh and Heather Altman are apparently hoping so with news that their Bel Air flip is on the market with a mark up!
The Altmans bought the New England-style Hamptons compound for $6.1 million—a sizable discount from the one-time asking price of $19 million—last Spring. And now they’re asking $14 million.
Offering six bedrooms and eight baths across the main and guest house, this grand estate boasts 12,741 square feet of living space, which includes approximately 1,200 square feet of aforementioned guest house space, on almost two acres of land. The three-story main residence features white interiors and blonde hardwood floors with walls of windows overlooking the canyon.
Amenities include an updated kitchen with a large, eat-in island, a master suite with two closets and bathrooms, a home theatre, 70-foot lap pool and spa and a large sundeck.
No mention of any design changes or new features on the lower Bel Air estate since the Altman’s took possession last year.
Naturally, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles stars hold the listing.
