Newlywed life has been busy for Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck. Between their respective professional commitments and selling off their single-life homes, the couple has also been looking all over Los Angeles for that all-important dream home.
Well, it appears they may have found it!
TMZ first reported that the pair are in escrow on a palatial new build listed at nearly $35 million. Featuring seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, the home boasts nearly 15,000 square feet of living space.
Amenities and design features include a home library, movie theater, gym, wine cellar, health spa, three(!) kitchens and a detached guesthouse. The primary suite boasts a sitting room, dual bathrooms, dual closets and a balcony.
Outside, there’s a dark-bottom pool, full outdoor kitchen and covered patio.
