Leonardo DiCaprio will seemingly not rest until he owns a significant share of L.A. luxury real estate. The Oscar winner finished off 2022 by closing a $10.5 million off-market deal for the house next to his main residence in the famed Bird Streets.
Dirt reports that DiCaprio bought the blocky midcentury modern from a couple who previously sued the actor over negligence after building a sports court on his original property. (The lawsuit was eventually settled out of court in 2009.)
More than a decade later, it seems all if forgiven as DiCaprio has closed on the four bedroom/four bathroom home, offering 3,500 square feet of living space. The actor’s Bird Streets complex now spans five adjoining parcels across 5.14 acres, making his one of the largest compounds in the Hollywood Hills.
