The Big Bang Theory star Johnny Galecki may have asked $11.9 million—but he got $11.1 million and that’s a deal! Galecki sold his Hollywood Hills villa on Castilian Drive, a home with a solid celebrity pedigree.
Featuring six bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths, the home boasts more than 7,400 square feet of living space. Set on more than half an acre surrounded by mature trees and lush tropical landscaping, the 1920s property has previously been restored by design architecture studio Roman & Williams.
The main house features a period-style gourmet kitchen, TV room, wood paneled dining room, step down living room, billiard room, screening room and hidden speak easy pub. Outside, an outdoor living room includes a fireplace and grill, alongside an oversized mosaic tiled pool and spa with fountains and a firepit. A loggia connects to the two-room guest house.
According to the L.A. Times, Galecki paid $9.2 million for the property in 2015. Previous owners include fellow actors Ben Stiller and Jason Statham.
Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland held the listing, while Adeena Karsseboom-Fitterman and Susan Smith of Carolwood Real Estate repped the buyer.
