If at first you don’t succeed, list, list again.
Sugar Ray Leonard is going for three rounds with a new listing on his longtime Pacific Palisades estate. Originally listed for $51.995 million nearly three years ago, the boxing legend relisted last year at $46.5 million.
Now, more than a year later, the home is back on the market with new representation and a new asking price: $45 million.
The 16,700 square-foot home, designed after a Florentine villa, boasts seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a two-story family room, formal dining room, a screening room and a solarium. Additional property features include a full guest house, lit tennis court with viewing area, pool, grass meadow/lawn and putting green.
Built in 1952, the home was designed by world-renowned architect Richard Landry, created with only the finest materials. Sitting on more than 1.7 acres, the property is on one of the largest lots in the Riviera.
Aaron Kirman and Daniel Milstein hold the listing.
