It was a deal made in reality TV heaven. Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow of TV’s Botched, have bought an L.A. penthouse with the help of Selling Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa.
The O.C.-based Dubrows have closed on the famed Cavalli Penthouse for $14 million. A pretty penny, to be sure, but considering the unit was for $21 million last August, it seems like the couple got one hell of a deal!
The newly renovated 38th-floor unit at The Century features custom finishings and furnishings from designers Gianfranco Ferré and Roberto Cavalli, hence the nickname “Cavalli Penthouse.” Featuring two bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, the property drips in luxury from the moment you walk off the elevator. Finishes includes onyx and Sapele mahogany parquet flooring, an onyx bar and marble walls.
The interior also boasts a flexible layout with a Ferré-designed kitchen, a private sauna and a separate office with library. To make the most of the sky-high views, the penthouse features three private terraces.
Tomer Fridman and Cassandra Petersen of Compass held the listing.
