Oscar winner and real estate buff Sandra Bullock is tinkering with her portfolio by listing her longtime avocado farm for $6 million. The 91 acres sit in northern San Diego County in Valley Center.

The hilltop spread features a classic ranch home with plenty of room to build additional structures. The main residence boasts nine, a gated central courtyard, eat-in gourmet kitchen and four ensuite bedrooms. There’s also a saltwater pool/spa and poolroom with shower. 

Approximately 1,200 high quality Dusa/Hass organic avocado trees can be found on the property, alongside a walk-in chicken coupe.

The second lot includes a 1 1/2” water meter, septic layout and gentle home building site with amazing views and plenty of room to add an additional dwelling, barn and horse corral.  Lot 3 includes 30 acres with two water meters , a three bedroom/two bathroom manufactured home plus additional building sites with great views.
