Villa San-Juliette has been listed for $22 million following extensive renovations. The 160 acres span the border of Paso Robles and San Miguel, smack dab between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
The purchase and project came via the partnership between Hollywood producers Ken Warwick and Nigel Lythgoe, who according to the Wall Street Journal, bought the property in 2005 for $5.2 million. Since then, the duo have constructed two villas (for their personal weekend getaways) while also opening the vineyard up to the public.
The two residences each boast three bedrooms and three baths and span some 4,000 square feet a piece. The villas share a private outdoor terrace and a swimming pool.
Some 130 acres are planted with grapevines, with the capacity to produce about 50,000 cases of wine a year. The property includes a tasting room (open to the public), winery facilities and sprawling lawns with panoramic views, which serve as the ideal venue for special events including weddings.
Brianna Deutsch and Paul Margolis of Rodeo Realty hold the listing.
