Jeremy Zimmer, co-founder and CEO of Hollywood powerhouse United Talent Agency, is looking to make a deal.
According to Dirt, Zimmer has listed his longtime Brentwood Park home for $26.9 million. Presumably looking to capitalize on the seller’s market, Zimmer has increased the home’s asking price by $6.9 million since 2019, when the estate was briefly on the market.
Set on a flat double lot of about 32,000 square feet, the six bedroom, 10 bathroom home was rebuilt by renowned architect Steve Giannetti. Now featuring nearly 11,000 square feet of living space, the traditional sits behind a gated drive and lush hedges to provide ultimate privacy.
The main house features rich hardwood floors, high ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, formal living and dining rooms, as well as a library. Main level French doors open to the outdoor living area with a fireplace, expansive grassy lawn, gardens, firepit, swimming pool, spa and poolside cabana.
Additional amenities include a home theater and fitness center.
Rayni and Branden Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates hold the listing.
