They’re at it again! Not even nine months after buying back into Beverly Hills, Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, actress Portia de Rossi, are out.
The duo picked up the Robert Skinner-designed Midcentury ranch home from talent agent Greg Cavic last year for $8.5 million. (That price was already a “bargain,” given the one-time $10 million asking…) Now, Dirt is reporting DeGeneres and de Rossi has sold the 4,600 square-foot property for $8.8 million.
Never officially on the market, the couple reportedly made the sale to friend Guy Oseary, aka Madonna’s manager.
Oseary’s new home features five bedrooms, six baths and a host of lux restoration features, including terrazzo floors, Calacatta gold marble countertops, high-end LSI lighting, redwood tongue-and-groove interior and exterior siding, and a new kitchen. A glass-encased hallway overlooks the outdoors, home to a pool, BBQ and wet bar.
