Actress Katy Segal and her writer-producer husband Kurt Sutter have closed an off-market deal on their longtime Bel Air home.
According to Dirt, the couple have sold the 1960s property for $7.7 million to Canada-born and Hong Kong-raised fashion designer Edison Chen and his supermodel wife Qin Shupei.
The Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired “treehouse” features five bedrooms and six baths across more than 4,500 square feet of living space. Sitting on a 1.6-acre blufftop parcel, the property features a high-peaked, wood-beam ceiling and walls of glass.
Outdoors, there’s a pool and spa nestled among the dense trees.
Records show that Segal and Sutter bought the property for $3.7 million 12 years ago.
