Grammy-winning DJ and producer Zedd is still trying to unload the Beverly Hills spec mansion he bought more than five years ago. After nine months on the market, Zedd has new representation—and a lower asking price.
Zedd has relisted the contemporary home for $22.995 million, a ways off the $26.5 million he looked to gain last year. But even with a lower asking price, Zedd still stands to make a pretty profit, considering he paid $16 million for the home in 2016!
Featuring five bedrooms, nine bathrooms in the main house, which contains 11,000 square feet of living space, the old listing noted that there are approved plans for a nearly 5,600 square-foot guest house—with bowling alley. All sitting on 3.2 acres of land in the hills.
On the amenity front, Zedd designed a fully soundproofed movie theater, complete with a 4K laser projector. There’s also the chef’s kitchen, billiard’s room, an indoor-outdoor gym, and an almost-completed professional recording studio.
Emma Hernan and Jason Oppenheim of the Oppenheim Group hold the new listing.
