South L.A. may be home to the newly crowned Super Bowl champions, but the L.A. Rams are reportedly looking to extend their kingdom to the northern valley, as well.
The L.A. Times reports that the team is negotiating the purchase of the now-shuttered Woodland Hills Promenade with hopes of developing a 34-acre practice site. The development would include the team’s headquarters as well as a field for summer training camp with room for fans.
If the deal is completed, the Rams could pay more than $150 million for the property, currently owned by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
The Rams, who share the new SoFi Stadium with the Chargers, have practiced at Cal Lutheran in Thousand Oaks while holding training camp at UC Irvine.
