It looks as though the third time was the charm for Pharrell Williams.
The musician and producer has sold his Hollywood Hills contemporary for $9.2 million, after re-listing with new agents late last year at a reduced asking price of $9.95 million. Pharrell last attempted to sell the home for $11.95 million.
Featuring five bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths across 6,100 square feet of living spaces—including a detached guesthouse—the property boasts numerous decks and terraces, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor movie theatre, 70 foot-long infinity edge pool and a skate park.
The Skyline residence sits on 1.5 acres above Laurel Canyon, built by AIA award-winning architect Hagy Belzberg.
Rayni Williams and Brick Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates held the listing. Sally Forster Jones represented the buyer.
