What do four bedrooms, nine bathrooms and six terraces go for in the City by the Bay? Apparently, $30 million.
At least that’s the going rate for a newly listed, two-floor condo located in San Francisco’s prestigious Pacific Heights neighborhood.
Unit 2, located in the 100-year-old Beaux-Arts building, is currently the second-most expensive listing in the city—exceeded only by a $45 million listing in the same building—according to Mansion Global. (That pricy listing occupies the penthouse, naturally.)
Spanning some 7,800 square feet of living space, unit 2 features rooms on the grandest of scales, including a former ballroom. The living room and conservatory showcase views spanning the Bay, while the library opens to a substantial terrace connecting with landscaped gardens.
The southern wing is home to the primary suite, boasting dual rooms and stone-clad baths. Lower level amenities include a palatial ballroom/family room with 12-foot ceilings, a gym and a private street entrance for the home.
Gregg Lynn of Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing.
