He may not be heading to the Super Bowl, but Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rogers did score a sizable sale in the California real estate game.
According to Dirt, the controversial NFL star-turned-vaccine lightening rod quietly sold his San Diego-area property at the end of 2021. Listed for $5.195 million last October, Rogers found a buyer for $5.130 million in December.
The five bedroom/six bathroom Del Mar home spans 5,770 square feet on one acre. Located in Rancho Del Mar, the gated Mediterranean property features a movie theatre, wine cellar, office and game room/guest room with private entry.
The second floor is dedicated entirely to the master suite with a view deck, luxurious master bath and walk-in closet. The main floor features a large kitchen with green marble quartzite counters, while the large family room off the kitchen boasts LaCantina doors on both sides with access to both the pool/spa area and the oversized patio.
The outside area features resort-style living with an oversized pool and spa, firepit, large patio and plenty of lawn area for sports.
Orva Harwood and Lauren Fields of Berkshire Hathaway HomeService held the listing, while Bayley Bachiero, also of Berkshire Hathaway HomeService, repped the buyer.
